The last few weeks I've had a lot of emails with women asking me how to overcome fear so they can start doing what they feel called to do.
As I thought about how to respond, and read and reread the emails I realized they all had one thing in common. They all were afraid of what people might think. With phrases like:
"People are going to think that I am just looking to promote myself"
"I’m terrified to put myself out there out of fear of coming across the wrong way"
"I have been terrified and have not let family or friends know, because of my doubts and fears."
Too many of us are drive by FEAR, especially our fears of what people are going to think.
To see the 3 tools I use to overcome fear and start watch the Instagram Live recorded above or over on my YouTube channel here.
I'll end by promising you this: nothing good comes from listening to our fears. So take courage, learn the skills, and get on your way of doing that thing you feel called to.

If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway." - Mother Theresa
